Hello Dear Friends!

Why is it that getting to my blog has been so out of my reach?  I don't know....the speed of life perhaps!  All is well here in the Northeast, but chilly!

Good morning!

I have decided to change the name of my blog to Strings of Happy!
Principessa di Luna is still very close to my heart, as I want very much to learn to speak Italian!  Principessa is such a great word to draw out, accentuate and roll off your tongue!  Plus, when you live with a bunch of boys, sometimes you have to have a self proclaimed title!  Laundress, chef and dishwasher sometimes leave A LOT to be desired!

It's been awhile since I've entered the blog world!  That is what an Excel class can do to a girl!  Yup, I signed up for an excel class...what was I thinking!

It's been a large learning curve, but I have learned a lot!  I have been creatively starved for the last eight weeks though, I can promise you that!

Me, I know, long time-no posting..., well I've up to traveling to California, learning Excel, taking care of Fizz, who ruptured her ACL and stamping when I can!

I LOVE the PTI company!  Everything!  The stamps, the colors, the ribbon, the dies, the buttons, the extremely talented designers who are as friendly as they are talented!  If ever I have emailed a question...and I have, I get an answer!  I will never forget the feeling when I got an email back, I felt like I'd been contacted by a celebrity!  And I was!

I love visiting the designers blogs!  My secret wish is to be like one of them!

My card represents Dawn's love of color and I hope Debbie's use of space!  Wishing all of you a DANDY day!

Look at what my son sent me!  A box of deliciousness!  He knows his Mom loves strawberries!  You are so thoughtful!  THANK YOU!  They are YUMMIE!

Happy New Year!

So, in my hiatus, I went a travelin'!  I fell in love with Christ Church, Barbados and now want to get back there!  I'm sure it has nothing to do with mostly below twenty degree weather we have been having for the last week!

So, the boys went surfing and I hung out on this beautiful, I mean clean, really beautiful beach; swimming, exploring, setting baby sea turtles free, drinking a delicious concoction of rum, amaretto and pineapple juice, palm trees, plumeria blossoms...need I say more?  No!  A couple of pictures will be just the thing for those of you whose imaginations are already craving a clearer image!

Then we spent some time on the other side of the island-although not nearly enough!  The spot on the other side of the island that we visited was called "soup bowl"...not real sure why, but it has something to do with what the tide does.  I'm still researching it!  Anyway, here are some stunning rocks, thanks to the tide!

We met an extended family on holiday too, from Ithaca, New York!  They were so friendly and recommended great places not to be missed!  Here's a shout out to them!  Thanks!  I hope Mosey is loving you being back home!  Fizzy sends her warm regards!
